BiographyJeff is the 2004 Track Champion at 24 Raceway in the Sportsman class He also won the 1996 championship. During the 2004 season, out of 21 races Jeff had 13 wins, 16 top-5's, 18 top-10's, he held a bounty twice and maxed it out with a 6 week winning streak stretching out from June through August.. He also had a lot of heat wins in 2004.
